Olympia 2020 Women’s Results: Bikini, Fitness, Figure, Women’s Physique, Ms. Olympia Women’s Bodybuilding…We just wrapped up the BIGGEST competition of the year, the 2020 Olympia! It lived up to all the hype and excitement! We saw new champions in almost every category, quite a few surprises and unexpected turns–most notably, the unexpected absence of Iris Kyle–and an overall extremely entertaining show. We had a new Ms. Bikini in Janet Layug, a new Ms. Fitness in Missy Truscott, a 4x repeat Ms. Figure in Cydney Gillon, a new Ms. Women’s Physique in Sarah Villegas, and a new Ms. Olympia in Andrea Shaw, talk about thrilling…

I’m finally back with another video, this time all about how the Olympia 2020 point qualification system works and who is currently qualified to compete this December.  It’s so nice to finally have a date for the Olympia and to know that contests will be happening again soon.  I’m sure the athletes are just as anxious as we are to see who will solidify their entry to the Olympia this year…

Ms. Olympia 2020…There are quite a few bodybuilding categories for women to compete in these days:  For those who like a toned, fitness model appearance, the Bikini category is the way to go.  If you like the Bikini look but have more muscle mass in your lower body, Wellness is the one for you.  For those who like more muscle and a more athletic appearance–but not too big–the Figure category is a good fit.  If you want to have the Figure look and also perform a routine filled with gymnastics and strength and power moves (like back flips and jumping splits), then Fitness is the one.  If you like even more muscle, a more traditional bodybuilding posing style, and you don’t want to wear high heels on stage, Physique is the way to go.  And, I am happy to say that as of 2020, one more category has returned to the Olympia, Women’s Bodybuilding.  This category is for ladies who have the most amount of muscle and do traditional bodybuilding poses and routines in bare feet.  So, there’s something for everyone…
