Since Janet Layug won the 2020 Olympia Ms. Bikini, I’ve seen quite a lot of commentary that the bikini division judging criteria has changed, especially with the introduction of Wellness at the 2021 Olympia. Luckily for all of us, IFBB Pro Judge Tyler Manion recently set the record straight on Instagram, telling us exactly what the judges are looking for. I had a few opinions of my own to share, along with a breakdown of the rules as posted on the NPC website.

I’m now just about 38 weeks pregnant with baby #4 but I typically go at least a few days past my due date, so I hope to be able to make a couple more fitness videos before the baby comes…stay tuned!
